You know that LG Electronics has its focus on the touch screen mobile segment, where they are one of the leading players around the world. LG Electronics are going to market a touch screen multimedia handset titled ‘Touch-Web’, which enables users to browse websites and e-mail through mobile internet. LG Telecom will bring the handset in the market in April. As part of gaining more stakes in the touch screen mobile segment, LG has brought this handset.
With a 3-megapixel camera phone, the ‘Touch-Web’ mobile phone has a 3-inch WVGA LCD display screen, which will provide the users the taste of using internet in PCs. LG Telecom has launched a new 3G service “open zone” in order to provide internet service through mobile phone in a wider range. The company has already marketed touch screen handsets like Voyager, Venus, Prada. LG Telecom is trying to position in the mobile functionality and design in the market.
